This software covers the five areas of health-related fitness along with assessment for each area, and the FITT concepts. It also includes the principles of fitness, safe versus dangerous exercises, and warm-up/cool-down procedures. Along with information related to skill fitness, first aid, and environmental conditions.

Interactive labs include a nutrition simulation, an exercise simulation, and a home fitness simulation.

Students create their own portfolios which contain fitness scores, journal entries, selected exercises, caloric input/output, and drawings. The fitness test items are the same as those listed for Fitness Report.

The software comes with video clips for playing on your handheld, ultra-mobile, notebook/laptop, or desktop computer for student viewing during class. It also includes printable task cards in English and Spanish for self checking or for peer feedback, electronic portfolio assignments for alternative assessment, and a quiz (our very popular quiz program with over 150 health related fitness questions) section for traditional assessment.
